Le Camion Qui Fume is one of France’s most recognized premium burger brands.

Founded in 2011, the company has made a name for itself as France’s first food truck to serve burgers created by American chef Kristin Frederick. The brand prides itself on impeccable product quality, sourcing all ingredients meticulously from hand-picked suppliers. Le Camion Qui Fume currently operates one food truck and three restaurants – Grégoire de Tours, Parmentier, and Pathé Ivry – and also operates within several Deliveroo Editions dark kitchens.

Arts et Biens invested capital in 2014 and 2016 to fund the company’s expansion of permanent restaurant locations.
